WARREN, Ohio – Lelia E. Narog, 89, of Warren, Ohio went to be with the Lord November 19, 2016.
She was born November 24, 1926 in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of Anthony and Minnie (Wright) Maurer.
She married John Narog on September 29, 1945 and shared 66 wonderful years together before his passing in 2011.
She was a graduate of Champion High School.
Lelia was employed in Medical Records at Trumbull Memorial Hospital for many years.
Lelia loved the fishing trips in Canada with her husband and family. She kept her mind sharp with puzzles and Sudokus. She enjoyed family dinners and attending Bible studies in her home.
She is survived by her children, John Michael (Peggy) Narog of Champion, Ohio, Ron (Patty) Narog of Bazetta, Ohio, Sue Holden of Warren, Ohio, Anthony Narog of Warren, Ohio and Judy (Paul) Wysenski of Hubbard, Ohio; 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; a son, Thomas Raymond Narog and a sister, Vevia Palmer.
Services will be held at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., where Pastor Bill Carter will officiate.
Friends may call from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.
Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery, Bazetta Twp., Ohio.
