Electrical fire forces 7 from home in Campbell

Preliminary estimates from the Campbell Fire Department estimate between $25-30,000 worth of damage was done

CAMPBELL, Ohio (WKBN) – An early morning electrical fire forced seven people from their home on Palmer Ave.

The Campbell Fire Department arrived to the house just before 6 a.m. Sunday morning.

Smoke was billowing from the attic when firefighters arrived. They went inside and found a wall in the upstairs bathroom covered in flames.

It took nearly two hours for the fire to be put out and for firefighters to clear the scene.

Everyone made it out of the house safely and will be staying with family for now.
