WARREN, Ohio – Domenico “Dominic” Natalino Paolucci, 88, passed away Monday, November 21, 2016 at Lake Vista in Cortland.
Dominic was born December 26, 1927, in Carovilli, Italy in the Province of Isernia in the region of Molise to the late Giuseppe and Ermenia Paolucci.
After World War II he moved to the United States in 1947 and settled in Warren, Ohio.
In 1998 Dominic retired from Warren Consolidated Industries after a 51-year steel mill career.
Dominic enjoyed gardening, and talking about his travels throughout his life. He was especially proud of making his own wine.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Paolucci of 46 years; his three sons, Vincent (Shannon), Daniel (Stephanie) and Thomas (Lynnette) and six grandchildren Annamarie, Callia, Nathaniel, Lucia, Viola and Caden.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Elena Scarpitti.
Family and friends may call Saturday, November 26 from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel 1884 North Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio 44483.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 26 at 10:30 a.m. at Blessed Sacrament Church in Warren, with Rev Thomas Eisweirth officiating.
Burial will be in All Souls Cemetery in Bazetta.
