WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – A North Bloomfield man has been indicted by a Trumbull County grand jury on drug-manufacturing charges.

James Shaver, III, 33, is charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and illegal manufacture of drugs.

According to the indictment, Shaver was found with chemicals used to make the drug methamphetamine in October.
