Jesse H. Hall VI, Hubbard, Ohio – obit

HUBBARD, Ohio – There will be services held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home for Jesse H. Hall VI, age 74, of Hubbard, who passed away Friday, November 25, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

Jesse was born January 27, 1942, in Youngstown, Ohio, a son of Jesse H. and Irene Mavronicolas Hall.

He was a graduate of Hubbard High School in 1959, a graduate of Youngstown State University in 1965 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, a graduate of Westminster College in 1977 with a Master’s Degree in Guidance and was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity.

Jesse was a teacher for the Hubbard School System for 36 years, retiring in 2001. He coached Hubbard Baseball for many years and was the Trumbull County Baseball Coach of the Year in 1995, 1996 and 2000 and was inducted into the Hubbard High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

He loved spending time with his grandchildren and attended all of their functions.

Jesse will be sadly missed by his family; his wife, the former Eileen Hartwig, whom he married November 18, 1967; his sons, Jay (Andra) Hall of Hubbard, Jamie Hall of Canfield and four grandchildren, Alison, Lauren, Alyssa and Jesse.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be calling hours on Monday, November 28, 2016, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 29, 2016, one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.

He will be laid to rest at The Hall Family Cemetery, located at The Corner House Christian Church in Hubbard.
