AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – April A. (Gallagher) Myers, age 37, of Austintown went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly following a sudden illness on Sunday, November 27, 2016.
Born on November 10, 1979 in Akron, she was the daughter of Clark T. and Patricia A. (Podrosky) Gallagher.
She graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School as well as the University of Akron with a major in Psychology.
She worked as the office manager for BW3’s corporate office.
April was an avid photographer, having won awards at the Canfield fair for her work; she had a passion for taking pictures of her children. She enjoyed music, and was a fan of “Radiohead”.
Besides her parents, survivors include her husband of seven years, Jeff, whom she married on October 10, 2009; her beloved children, Liam (4) and Sydney (2); a brother, Bob (Mary) Gallagher; mother-in-law, Kathleen Myers and father-in-law, Ron (Liz) Myers, nephews, nieces, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Private burial will take place for the family; a Celebration of April’s life will be held at the Austintown Community Church, 242 S. Canfield-Niles Rd., Austintown, on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. where friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to April’s “Go Fund Me” account for her children.
