Liberty Police looking for car involved in pursuit

Police said the Toyota Camry had no license plate and was seen traveling at a high rate of speed down Logan Way

Police are looking for the owner of a vehicle that was involved in a police pursuit Saturday night.

LIBERTY, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are looking for the owner of a vehicle that was involved in a police pursuit Saturday night.

Liberty Police said they assisted Hubbard Township’s police department, which was attempting to stop a Toyota Camry with no license plate. Police said the vehicle was traveling south on Logan Way at a high speed.

Officers failed to stop the vehicle.

A cruiser’s car camera did capture images of the vehicle and what appears to be two occupants in the car.

Those with information are asked to call the Liberty Police Department’s tip line at (330) 539-9830, or send the department a message through its Facebook page. 

Police said all information will be considered confidential.
