AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police in Austintown said an intoxicated woman was ordering food in the Taco Bell drive-thru while an officer was trying to pull her car over.
Police said the woman drove into the parking lot at more than 40 mph, struck a curb and then drove over an island into the drive-thru line early Tuesday morning. The officer activated lights in the police car and pulled behind the vehicle, but said the woman continued ordering food, according to a police report.
The officer told the woman to stop ordering food and asked for her driver’s license at which time she handed the officer a Lube Stop receipt, according to the report. Police said the woman gave the officer a fake name before admitting she was Nakeia Hall and that she didn’t have a valid license.
Hall has nine suspensions on her driver’s license, according to police.
She was charged with falsification, OVI and numerous traffic violations. She is set to appear in court at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
