Everybody thinks the world of Billy Dixon. His friends and family all know him as a truly great person, an immensely talented musician, extremely intelligent, always quick with a joke and great with conversation, and a kind and compassionate soul. He always has a huge smile and a hug for everyone no matter how long he has known them and has an amazing gift of making people feel appreciated.
