Allen, one of two suspects in the case, is now in jail.

He is charged with murdering Andre Harrison back on Sept. 20.

Harrison was shot and killed at a house on Kensington Avenue. Later that night, someone set the house on fire.

Police identified Allen and 24-year-old David Oliver from surveillance photos at the crime scene, which they released last week.

Oliver has also been charged in the murder, but he is not yet in custody. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
