YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – 22-year-old Jalon Allen — who was a wanted suspect in a September murder-arson in Youngstown — turned himself in Saturday night.
Allen, one of two suspects in the case, is now in jail.
He is charged with murdering Andre Harrison back on Sept. 20.
Harrison was shot and killed at a house on Kensington Avenue. Later that night, someone set the house on fire.
Police identified Allen and 24-year-old David Oliver from surveillance photos at the crime scene, which they released last week.
Oliver has also been charged in the murder, but he is not yet in custody. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
