Suspect accused of Youngstown murder jailed on $1 million bond

Jalon Allen was in a Mahoning County courthouse Monday morning, pleading not guilty to the crime.


YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Bond was set at $1 million for a suspect accused of a murder in Youngstown.

Jalon Allen was in a Mahoning County courthouse Monday morning, pleading not guilty to the crime.

Allen is charged with murdering Andre Harrison back in September.

Harrison was shot and killed at a house on Kensington Avenue. Later that night, someone set the house on fire.

David Oliver is also wanted for the shooting, but he is not yet in custody. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
