Look for better weather Wednesday with cold temperatures in the low to mid 20’s. The risk for Lake Effect snow showers will return to the forecast by Wednesday evening into Wednesday night. The heaviest snow will fall in the snowbelt. Snow will be intense at times with up to 3 Inches possible overnight in the snowbelt. Another 3 or so inches will be possible Thursday. It will be blustery with wind chills dropping below zero!

The cold air and snow showers will stick around into Thursday night. Lows will drop toward zero! Wind chills will drop to -5 to -15! Better weather Friday during the day. Still cold with a high near 20°.
The next storm will impact the area Friday night with snow showers. Snowfall may be moderate. Snow will mix to rain Saturday. A wintry mix is possible as the change happens. The rain may be heavy at times Saturday. Rain will mix back to snow Saturday night. Again, snowfall may be moderate at times. Snow should wrap up Sunday morning.
