Second suspect arrested, charged with Youngstown murder

David Oliver charged with the murder of Andre Harrison in Youngstown.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – U.S. Marshals have arrested the other suspect in the murder of a Youngstown man.

A warrant for David Oliver’s arrest was issued last week. He was arrested at a home in the 3000 block of Green Acres in Liberty on Wednesday.

Oliver is charged, along with Jalon Allen, in the murder of Andre Harrison. Harrison was shot and killed at a house on Kensington Avenue on September 20. Later that evening, his house was set on fire.

Allen appeared in court Monday and pleaded not guilty to the charge. Bond was set at $1 million.
