WARREN, Ohio – Dolores (Cooper) Miller passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Windsor House in Champion with her family by her side.
Dolores was born September 4, 1929 in Trenton, New Jersey a daughter of the late William C. and Helen Hansberry Cooper.
Dolores was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.
She was married to the late John Edward Miller on August 26, 1950 and devoted her life to raising her four children after his passing on November 13, 1972.
Her strength, humor and unending love will be forever cherished by her children, Janice Lynn (Randy) Pompeo of Warren and Carole (Mike) Wilson of Cortland and Michael James Miller of Warren; a sister, Connie Ritterson of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
Dolores was a loving “rock” to her seven grandchildren, Randy and Nicholas Pompeo, Joey Wilson, Patrick, Johnny, Melanie and Jessica Miller and four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Patrick, Alijah and Noah. She will truly be missed by all.
Dolores has been welcomed home by those that preceded her in death, her parents; her husband; a son, Patrick J. Miller; three sisters, Gertrude Reel, Doris Booz and Evelyn Sokan and two brothers, Charles and William “Cortland” Cooper.
In lieu of flowers, any memorial donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice Charitable Foundation, 9775 Rockside Rd. Suite 270, Valley View, Ohio 44125 in Dolores’ name.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2016 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, 962 North Rd. NE, Warren, Ohio. Friends may call one hour prior to the services Friday at the funeral home.
Dolores will be laid to rest in Morrisville, Pennsylvania next to her husband.
