CAMPBELL, Ohio – Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 15, at 2:30 p.m. at the Wasko Funeral Home, officiated by Deacon John Rentas, for Angel Luis Gonzalez, 75, passed away Sunday, January 8 following years of long-term health conditions.
Angel was born February 10, 1941, in Ponce, Puerto Rico the son of Dominga Nieves and Eusebio Gonzalez.
He was a hard worker, a great handyman and was always devoted to his family. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his loved ones.
Angel is survived by his wife, Gladys Gonzalez; his son, Ricky Gonzalez of Campbell; his daughter, Sonia Gonzalez of San Diego; several aunts; uncles; brothers; sisters; cousins; nieces; nephews and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eusebio Gonzalez and Dominga Nieves.
The Gonzalez family has entrusted their loved one to the care of the Wasko Funeral Home and will receive family and friends Sunday from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the 2:30 p.m. service.
In lieu of flowers – monetary donations can be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
