HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania – Pauline Jeanne (Berwing) Mott of Hermitage, formerly of Sharon, died unexpectedly at 9:20 a.m. Sunday, February 12, 2017, in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System. She was 83.
Pauline was born July 12, 1933, in Sharon, to Ida (Lang) Nordestgaard and August Berwing.
A homemaker, she enjoyed garage sales, time at camp where she would watch the hummingbirds, her pets and most of all, spending time with her family.
Surviving are two daughters, Linda D. Carl of Hermitage and Kristina “Tina” G. Mott of Transfer; two sons, Timothy D. Mott and his wife, Debra and John A. Mott and his wife, Heather, all of Fredonia; grandchildren, Melissa Clawson and her husband, Darren, Robert “Robbie” M. Mott and his wife, Brandi, Jayson A. Mott, Nicholas J. Mott, Leesa M. Mott, Rachel A. Combine and her husband, Sam, Jacob W. Wansor, Ethan K. Mott, Cody A. Mott and Olivia R. Mott; great-grandchildren, Shayne Clawson, Jenna M. Clawson, Ava M. Mott, Viera Mott, and Wyatt W. Wansor and a great-great-granddaughter, born February 12, 2017, Amelia Mae Clawson.
In addition to her parents, Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Mott, the love of her life for 65 years, whom she married August 31, 1949. He passed away June 15, 2014. She also was preceded in death by a daughter, Lara Bloomer-Mott and a son, Robert M. Mott.
In keeping with Pauline’s wishes there are no calling hours or services.
Cremation has taken place in the funeral home crematory followed by burial beside her husband in America’s Cemetery, Hermitage.
