CALCUTTA, Ohio – There will be services held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home for Anna Mae Hall age 90, formerly of Youngstown who passed away Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Calcutta Health Care Center.
Anna was born August 17, 1926 in Youngstown, Ohio a daughter of William and Ida Bowers Smith.
She was a nurse’s aid for many years at Southside Hospital and Cafaro Hospital.
Anna was a presiding judge for 20 years with Mahoning County Board of Elections and was secretary for the Council at Norton Manor in Youngstown for nine years.
Her husband Wendell A. Hall whom she married August 22, 1945 passed away March 25, 2010.
She will be sadly missed by her family; her sons, Richard Hall of Youngstown and John (Linda) Hall, Sr. of East Liverpool; 17 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; her son, Robert Hall; her daughter, Ida Mae Franklin and her brother, James Smith.
There will be calling hours on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
Anna will be laid to rest at Lake Park Cemetery.
