MASURY, Ohio – A homegoing celebration in honor of Mr. Robert C. Trudo will be held Saturday, March 4 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Masury, Ohio. Mr. Trudo departed this life on Friday, February 24, 2017 in the hospital of Sharon Regional Health System in Sharon.
Mr. Trudo was born March 29, 1930 in Columbia, Mississippi, a son of Lawrence and Jessie Lee Amos Trudo coming to the Shenango Valley many years ago.
He was formerly employed as a pipe straightener with Wheatland Tube Co for over 29 years. He was also the proud owner and operator of his very own auto body shop located in Masury, Ohio for over 20 years.
He served as a former trustee at the church and sang in the choir.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving children, Robert C. (Celeste) Trudo II, Patricia Trudo Moore all of Masury and Blondell Tutwiler of Mound Bayou, Mississippi; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers; three sisters and his former wife, Mary H. Trudo.
The family will receive friends at the home of Patricia Trudo-Moore 8082 Davis St. Masury, Ohio and on Saturday, March 4 from 12:00 Noon – 1:00 p.m. at the church.
