Car goes up in flames on Route 711 connector in Youngstown

A car caught fire on the 711 connector in Youngstown, Ohio.


YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A driver was rattled on the Route 711 connector Friday after his car caught fire.

The driver pulled off the road at the Gypsy Lane exit, but all he could do was watch it burn and take pictures.

The was no saving the vehicle, especially when the fire department opened the driver’s side door and aimed the fire hose inside.

No injuries were reported.
