LORDSTOWN, Ohio – There will be Services at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, March 9 at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in North Jackson for Robert Kaloci, 87, who died Saturday evening, March 3 at Hospice House.
Robert was born August 17, 1929 in Copley, a son of Andrew and Mary Pamer Kaloci.
He was a truck driver for various steel companies for 45 years, retiring in 1994.
Robert served his country as a member of the U.S. Army.
He was a member of the church and enjoyed gardening and auto racing, especially stock cars. He also enjoyed riding and taking trips on his motorcycle. Robert was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State fan.
He is survived by his wife, the former Bertha B. Bingham, whom he married December 22, 1969; seven children; one sister; 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; a son; two brothers and a sister.
Family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. prior to the Service at the church on Thursday, March 9.
