Franklin Twp. feels effects from 3.0 magnitude earthquake

Franklin Twp., Ohio on April 2, 2017

FRANKLIN TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – Residents in Franklin Township, Ohio felt the effects of an earthquake early Sunday morning.

According to the National Earthquake Information Center, the 3.0 magnitude earthquake occurred around 7:58 a.m.

It was about 120 miles from Columbiana County.

According to The Associated Press, the United States Geological Survey says no damage from the earthquake has been reported.
