Police: Man crashes into pole in Austintown due to medical condition

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown Police said a driver crashed his truck into a pole in Austintown Sunday due to a medical problem.

The crash occurred just before noon at 1515 South Meridian Road.

Police said after he hit the pole, the driver veered off the road and took out two mail boxes as well.

Emergency crews treated the man at the scene for minor injures.
