On Monday, Sean McKinney issued a release stating he's running for Youngstown Mayor in November.


YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – On Monday, Sean McKinney issued a release stating he’s running for Youngstown Mayor in November.

He will be running as a non-partisan candidate.

WKBN has learned that McKinney has resigned from his position as Youngstown’s Building and Grounds Commissioner.

John McNally is running against Tito Brown in the Democratic primary.
