YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A funeral service celebrating the life of Mr. Paul C. Mullins Jr. will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.E. Washington Funeral Home.
Mr. Mullins departed this life Monday, May 22, 2017, in Poland.
Mr. Mullins was born July 27, 1952, in Youngstown, a son of Paul C. and Lizzie Longmire Mullins, Sr.
He was a 1970 graduate of South High School and was formerly employed with Fire Line for over 23 years. He was a licensed barber and die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
He was a loving father, brother and friend who will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Paul C. Mullins, Sr. of Youngstown; his loving daughter, NaTasha McCain of Orange Park, Florida; his brother, Darnell Mullins of Campbell; his grandchildren, Robert Brown, Jr. and Braylan Brown, both of Orange Park and a host of other relatives and dear friends, including his companion, Sandra Block.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Friends may call Friday, May 26 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the J.E. Washington Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Saturday, May 27 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

6:41 a.m. WYTV and 8:41 a.m. MyYTV and 9:58 a.m. on FOX plus two additional spots throughout the day.
