WARREN, Ohio – Donna Marie Royster, 56, of 1772 N. Park Ave, Warren, departed this life Saturday, June 6, 2017 at 7:54 p.m. at her residence, following a brief illness.
She was born September 14, 1960, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, the daughter of James William and Ruth Ann Tarpley Royster, coming to the area nine years ago from Binghamton, New York.
She was employed for 30 years in the business of home healthcare and was a nurse’s aide at Woodhall Hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
She was a 1978 graduate of Wingate High School in Brooklyn, New York and attended nursing school.
Besides her parents of New York, she leaves to mourn one son, Daryle Wellington Royster; one daughter, Cassandra Marie Royster; two brothers, James Carter of Buffalo, New York and Leonard Carter of Corpus Christy, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Melinda (Hugh) Hudson of Cleveland, Ohio and Ms. Deborah Ann Royster of Brooklyn, New York; four grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the New Freedom Missionary Baptist Church.
Calling hours will be held one prior to service 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon.
Arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
