SHARON, Pennsylvania – A memorial service celebrating the life of Mr. Lawrence E. Henderson, Sr. will be held Monday, June 12, 2017 at 10:00 am. at Word Centered Fellowship Church, 710 Carnegie Ave in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Henderson was born March 11, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland, a son of Richard and Margorie Winifred Blanchard Henderson
Lawrence E “Larry” Henderson known to his family and friends as “Butch” was a Farrell High graduate and was formerly employed with General Motors retiring after 33 years of loyal service.
Mr. Henderson had a great sense of humor and could make his friends and family laugh.
He departed this life Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at his residence in Sharon.
He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving children, Judy Henderson-Wagner, Lawrence” Larry” Henderson II and Roberto Henderson; his brother, Charles Jamie Blanchard; his aunt, Virginia E. Price; his uncle, Donald E. Lee; a host of other relatives and dear friends including a special cousin, Phillip Watkins and a special niece, Leonae “Lee Lee” Evans.
He was proceeded in death by his parents; his grandfather, Rev. Luther Lee; his grandmother, Mary M. Lee; his uncles, Horace, John, Nathaniel and Benjamin Lee; his aunts, Maxine Lee, Christine Watkins and Gladys Johnson.
