Police locate elderly woman with dementia who went missing Friday

While the woman was missing, she kept calling her husband to tell him she was in different parts of Ohio

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police have successfully found an elderly woman who went missing Friday around 4 p.m.

Gloria Steffey, 69, suffers from dementia, according to Youngstown Police Department Sergeant Kelty.

She was finally located on Saturday outside of Massillon.

A YPD officer says Steffey is safe and on her way back to her husband.

He said while she was missing, she kept calling her husband to tell him she was in different parts of Ohio.
