YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Mahoning County grand jury indicted the following cases on June 29, 2017:

Candis Sue Marie Wynn: Breaking and entering, vandalism

Christina Gradillas: Failure to comply, tampering with evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia

Joseph Varkonyi: Possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia

Tawana Walton: Possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia

Austin T. Burke: Grand theft

Carlos Cuevas Garcia: Failure to comply

Lindsey Hawn: Possession of cocaine

Gregory Jones: Aggravated possession of drugs

Herman Taylor: Possession of cocaine, obstructing official business

Leartis Day: OVI (refusal)

TrVillian Dill: Aggravated possession of drugs

Jarrid Lopez: Improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle

Lamont Blair: Possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia

Shemarr Kyle: Theft

Elliott Moody: Possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs

Austin Rowe: Failure to notify change of address

Brishon M. Justice: Telecommunication fraud, theft

Lamar A. Makle: Telecommunication fraud, theft

Mary M. Beidelschies: Theft

James A. Washington: Tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs, failure to comply
