Coroner rules in death of Cortland man found in river

WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – The Trumbull County coroner has made a ruling in the death of a Cortland man whose body was found in the Mahoning River in Warren.

Frank Vondrasek, 47, died from accidental drowning, the coroner ruled.

Vondrasek’s body was found Sunday about 3 p.m. in the river near baseball fields at Packard Park.
