YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – An excessive force complaint was filed against one or more police officers who worked security last week at President Donald Trump’s rally at the Covelli Centre.

Video from the event shows an officer grabbing someone and holding him by the shirt, before removing him from the arena.

The officers involved — and the person who filed the complaint — have not been identified.
