Gas prices rise in Youngstown after Harvey


YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – One repercussion of Hurricane Harvey is the spike in gas prices.

Some places around Youngstown have seen 30 cents a gallon increases just in the past few days.

27 First News Reporter Stan Boney talked with a man in the gasoline business about what’s happening — and stopped by a gas station to see what the people think.
