YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Saturday, September 9 at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman, celebrated by Pastor Toby Walker for Mariano Miguel Caban, 47, who passed away unexpectedly Friday, September 1.
Mariano was born on September 30, 1969 in Youngstown, to Vivian Jennings LittleJohn and Mariano Caban, Sr.
He was a graduate of Castle Frank High School in Toronto, Canada and was employed at Mercy Health as a personal care attendant.
Mariano loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, coaching football and spending time with his family and children.
He leaves behind his wife, the former Maureen Francis, whom he married September 30, 2003; his children, Keegan, Devante and Anissia Francis-Caban; sisters; Ana (Keith) Franklin of Youngstown and Natasha (Liam) Smith of Surrey, British Columbia; brothers Charlo Caban of Buffalo, New York, Leo Ramsundar of Las Vegas, Nevada and Juan Caban of Youngstown and niece, Carlene Caban and Sahaela Smith.
Friends may call from 3:00 – 3:45 p.m. Saturday, September 9 prior to the services at the Fox Funeral Home, Boardman.
