Task Force schedules OVI checkpoint in Mahoning County on Saturday

Officers will be checking drivers for drug and alcohol impairment

MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio (WKBN) – The Mahoning County OVI Task Force will have an OVI checkpoint in the county on Saturday.

Specific details about the checkpoint will be released at a later time.

Officers will be checking drivers for drug and alcohol impairment. Saturation patrols will be conducted throughout the weekend in support of the checkpoint.

The Task Force is asking those who drink to find a sober driver.
