WARREN, Ohio – Fran C. Todd, 70, of Warren, Ohio, died Saturday afternoon, October 7, 2017 at her home, after a long battle with cancer.
She was born October 18, 1946 in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of Albert and Agnes (Bacigal) Lillicotch and had been a lifelong area resident.
A 1964 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, she attended Kent State University.
Before starting her family, she was a teacher in Mesopotamia. She was also a small business owner and retired from Delphi Electric in 2010.
She was also a member of the Trumbull Memorial Auxiliary.
Besides her husband, Robert F. Todd, whom she married January 25, 1969, she leaves two daughters, Molly Todd of Cleveland and Sarah Williams of Warren. She also leaves two granddaughters, Abby and Hannah Williams.
Memorial services will take place 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren. Friends may call 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the funeral home.
Material contributions may take the form of donations to the Animal Welfare League or to the Academic Scholarship Program at John F. Kennedy High School.
