BOARDMAN, Ohio – JoAnn DeMine, 82, of Boardman, Ohio, formerly of Port Richey, Florida, was reunited with her husband on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Commons at Greenbriar.
She was born April 10, 1935 in Warren, Ohio, a daughter of the late Jacob Reid DeCamp and the late Mabel (Davis) DeCamp.
On January 7, 1955 she married William G. DeMine with whom she spent the next 62 years, until his passing on March 6, 2017.
JoAnn was a graduate of Warren G. Harding class of 1954.
She attended Central Christian and Emmanuel Lutheran Church earlier in life.
JoAnn loved golfing, painting, making crafts, swimming, bingo, playing cards, watching movies and baking.
Left to cherish her memories are her children; sons, Scott DeMine of Warren, Ohio and Robert DeMine of Las Cruces, New Mexico; daughter, JoEllen (Paul) Chaney of Lordstown, Ohio; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William G DeMine; sister, Jean Somerville; brother, Albert DeCamp and daughter-in-law, Betty DeMine.
Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where Rev. Dr. Bernard M. Oakes will officiate.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home fro 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
