A truck carrying coal overturned on a Springfield Township road on Wednesday afternoon.


SPRINGFIELD TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – A truck carrying coal overturned on a Springfield Township road on Wednesday afternoon.

Officials say the driver pulled off the road, not realizing there is no berm along that part of Garfield Road.

The truck tipped over into the ditch.

No one was hurt, but it did take several hours to get the heavy truck out of the ditch.
