MERCER, Pa. (WKBN) – Several charges were dismissed against a man that Grove City police accused of having sexually-explicit conversations and then meeting with a 16-year-old girl.
Josh Lamping, of Boyers, Pa., was initially charged with unlawful contact with a minor and patronizing prostitutes. Those charges were withdrawn, according to court records.
Lamping still faces a disorderly conduct charge.
Charges are pending against the 16-year-old girl, according to police.
