A Salvation Army bell ringer in Tennessee is accused of exposing his genitals.


BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) – The WKBN 27 First News team is helping the Salvation Army raise money for those in need.

Crews will be at Macy’s in the Southern Park Mall on Thursday, ringing a bell for Red Kettle Day.

All day, First News anchors, reporters, cameramen and other crew members will be helping raise money for those in need in the Valley.
