Power to several businesses was knocked out, as a result

The driver of a semi truck brought down wires and knocked out power to several local businesses.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – The driver of a semi truck brought down wires and knocked out power to several local businesses.

On Friday afternoon, the truck pulled down two power poles on Jacobs Road in Youngstown by the Lincoln Knolls Plaza.

The driver of the truck had to stay inside of the vehicle until the power company arrived.

There’s no word right now on what caused the driver to hit those wires.
