Mahoning Co. OVI Task Force cancels sobriety checkpoint

CANFIELD, Ohio (WKBN) – The Mahoning County OVI Task Force has canceled its sobriety checkpoint planned for Friday.

The Task Force said its decision to cancel the checkpoint was due to adverse weather and the unavailability of the Ohio Department of Transportation.

The Task Force said it will remain vigilant in enforcing drinking and driving laws in Mahoning County.
