Mayor announces Youngstown deputy director of public works

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown Mayor Tito Brown announced another appointment to his staff today.

Charles Shasho will continue to serve as deputy director of public works for the city. He’ll be paid about $87,000 dollars a year.

Shasho has served as deputy director since 2008.

He’s a Navy veteran and got a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Youngstown State University.
